Blues Encounter

Blues Encounter is a blues-based swing tune with an easy melody that all students get to play at some point in the piece.
The bass and piano parts are very playable without requiring a lot of technique, and the drum part is fully notated, including fills.
The solo section is based on the B flat blues scale, which forms the basis of the "lick" that introduces the solo section.
A page with two suggested solos is also provided for each instrument.
