Tales of Valor

Tales of Valor is built around a simple five note melody that all instruments play at some point in the piece.

Despite the very easy level, several different styles of playing are demanded of the students, including a short slow, sustained section, and an accented dialogue between the winds and percussion.

The piece is not difficult to put together, but provides all students with interesting and important parts to play.
